Triathlon Swim Program
Join P3 for a weekly coached swim practice. Each workout will include a warm up including drills to improve stroke mechanics and strength, followed by a main set to work on endurance and speed. The P3 coach on deck will be able to provide feedback to swimmers. Individual paces will be determined through time trials and lanes will be organized based on speed and experience level. This program has been successful with hundreds of athletes from beginners to elite level.
Prerequisite: Ability to swim continuously for 500 yards
