Group Strength Training for Endurance Athletes

P3 coaches understand the importance of including strength training in an endurance athlete’s weekly, monthly and annual training plan. We provide many group classes throughout the year that focus on the specific phase of training needed at the time. We use a variety of innovative exercises and equipment such as TRX suspension systems and Kettle Bells to improve body alignment, posture, functional flexibility and core strength.
