Outdoor Running Program

Join us for a 75 minute weekly coached workout. Training will begin with proper mechanics, learning drills and technique that works for you and your movement patterns. Workouts will be both on and off the track. The focus is on running, strengthening muscles needed for running, working on your balance, building a strong core and improving your flexibility. Our expert coaches will cater to all abilities and levels with structured workouts. Weekly workouts will be geared for various abilities and racing distances. A one to three mile time trial will be done to determine HR and pacing zones. A heart rate monitor is highly recommended.
