P3’s Summer Run Enhancement Program
Join Peak Performance Professionals this summer in a coached weekly group run workout. Held in 2 different locations, Wauwatosa and Pewaukee, the programs focus is to improve your run efficiency by learning ideal leg turnover, foot placement, and running drills along with increasing your run economy by performing hills, tempo efforts and speed workouts.
Summer Run Enhancement is a 2 session, 8 week per session program. Sessions are designed to build on one another, so you are encouraged to join both. However, runners are welcome to join 1 session at a time. Workouts will be both on and off the track. Weekly emails will provide the week’s workout and a weekly topic. Topics to include: nutrition, proper pacing, running in the heat, and more! Workouts are tailored for various abilities and racing distances. A time trial will be perform at the beginning of each session to determine proper pacing. A heart rate monitor is highly recommended.
Cost $180.00 for 16 weeks or $110.00 per 8 week session
