Coached Outdoor Rides

Improve your biking ability and performance with P3/FAST’s purpose driven outside cycling sessions. This weekly 90 minute coached session will address bike handling skills including: cornering, proper shifting and safe group riding skills.

Workouts will include hill repeats and race pace efforts. Past participants have significantly improved their bike handling skills in addition to their endurance and power on the bike. To improve instruction we are limiting the amount of riders per session. Sign up today!
