P3 is fortunate to have a one-of-a-kind dedicated cycling center complete with 24 CompuTrainers and 6 screens to project your data. Different from other indoor cycling in the area, P3 uses CompuTrainer Coaching software which allows each athlete to ride an individualized workout to maximize their performance, all within a group class setting. In addition, the center will be soon utilizing Perf Pro software which can record an individual’s data and email it to them after the class.
During the 21 week program running every class is led by a certified coach. Power and heart rate zones are set for each rider based on an initial time trial and VO2 testing (optional ). As the class progresses and fitness is increased, additional time trials are performed to reassess those metrics. By the end of the program participants will have increased cycling efficiency and fitness as well as a better understanding of the benefits of training with power and/or heart rate to maximize your future training.
Proven results – A study showed P3’s 5 month program, provided a 24% increase in watts for 1st year riders! Other riders who had been in our program for 2 to 5 years averaged a 12% increase in watts over the same 5 month program!

P3 is offering this purposeful driven program at a discounted rate of $499.99 (one time payment) or $110 per month for five months.
You may choose to pay for the five-month program in five installments – your credit card will be billed on the 1st of each month starting in November.
Additional Open Cycling sessions available at$10 for each 1.5 hour ride and $15 for each 2.5 hour. During open cycling participants ride a road course and choose their own speed or intensity.
