Massage Therapy & Yoga
If there’s one thing all endurance athletes can relate to, it’s occasionally feeling tight or developing nagging injuries from overuse. Failure to address these issues can lead to more than just discomfort—it can progress to muscle pulls and tears or long-term issues like ITB Syndrome, plantar fascitis or other painful conditions.
That’s why P3 offers two holistic services to help you relieve muscle tension, reduce stress and stay on track to achieve your fitness goals—Massage Therapy and Yoga.
Our Yoga Program is led by Jim Doucette, an instructor with more than 35 years experience in teaching Kundalini Yoga. Jim received his training from the internationally recognized Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan, and the 3HO (Happy, Healthy Holy Organization). He has taught Yoga and stress-management at UW-Milwaukee, various fitness centers and workshops, and Aurora Healthcare.
Jim also incorporates Yogic principles and techniques into his work as a relaxation and sports massage therapist, an area in which he is joined at P3 by Suzanne Ziegler.
Suzanne is a nationally certified and Wisconsin state-registered Massage Therapist who is a graduate of Blue Sky School of Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork. Her approach integrates a variety of massage modalities, including neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, LaStone Massage, Lomi Lomi and lymphatic massage, as well as deep tissue and relaxation techniques, blended according to your individual therapeutic needs.
Massage sessions may be scheduled by appointment only.
