			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bob has devoted more than two decades to helping both elite and everyday athletes improve their performances and achieve their individual goals.</p>
<p>As Head Coach for USA Triathlon from 1994 – 1996, Bob guided the training of world-caliber athletes in the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. During his tenure, Bob’s approach of regularly testing athletes and applying the data to create individualized training programs became a model for other Olympic Team coaches. Bob is also proud to have trained, earlier in their careers, two of the three men who would go on to represent the USA in the inaugural Olympic Triathlon in Sydney.</p>
<p>Over his career, Bob has coached hundreds of triathletes of all levels perform their best in races of every distance, from Sprint through Ironman. As a triathlete himself, Bob is able to provide advice and guidance from a firsthand perspective.</p>
<p>In addition to his work with triathletes, Bob has also worked extensively with individuals faced with the challenge of living with diabetes. He has served as the Senior Medical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Diabetes Educator at the Diabetes Treatment Center at Columbia Hospital in Milwaukee, as well as the National Head Coach for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Ride to Cure Diabetes.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A six-time All American Triathlete and former USAT Triathlete of the Year, Heather continues to race professionally while helping amateur triathletes of all abilities advance in the sport through her coaching. Heather began coaching in 2004, and her clients include numerous Age Group award winners, World Championship qualifiers and successful Ironman race finishers. Heather is also founder of the Team 4 Triathlon Team, an organization which has raised nearly $150,000 for breast and gynecological research.</p>
<p>Along with P3 owner Bob Hanisch, Heather helps P3 clients advance toward their individual endurance sports goals through both group classes and one-on-one coaching programs. Beyond the practical knowledge and experience Heather is able to draw on in her coaching, her clients appreciate Heather’s contagious passion for triathlon and relentlessly positive attitude.</p>

<p>Over his career, Paul has served as the Assistant Strength Coach at Marquette University, as well as the Conditioning Coach for Cedarburg Soccer Club, Milwaukee Rowing Club and Grafton Rugby Club. He has also taught Strength and Conditioning as an Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College and continues to teach at Mt. Mary College.</p>
<p>Paul is also himself an avid athlete, having competed nationally in Ultimate Frisbee, even reaching the World Championships in 1992. He also enjoys soccer, fitness and other sports.</p>

<p>He has more than 35 years experience in teaching Kundalini Yoga and was himself instructed by the internationally recognized Master, Yogi Bhajan, and the 3HO (Happy, Healthy, Holy Organization). He has taught Yoga and stress management at UW-Milwaukee, various fitness centers and workshops, and Aurora Healthcare.</p>
<p>In addition to his Yoga training, Jim is also a 1994 graduate of Lakeside School of Massage Therapy. There he received instruction in Swedish massage, sports massage, myofascial release, deep tissue work and relaxation/wellness massage.</p>
<p>He has served on the faculty of Lakeside School of Massage and continues to be involved in teaching self-care techniques to massage students, athletes, dancers and all those who need relief from a demanding lifestyle.</p>
<p>Currently, Jim is focusing on serving clients as a relaxation and sports massage therapist, incorporating Yogic principles and techniques into his practice.</p>
